Before you pay
How do I pay?
Through the payment link sent with your order confirmation. Cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets are all accepted through Razorpay.
How long does it take?
Most drafting and research orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation, depending on the document. You'll be given an estimated time when your order is confirmed.
What if I need changes?
Every order includes one free revision.
What if Lexovia can't take my order?
If an order is declined — for example because it falls outside the scope of what Lexovia does — your payment is refunded in full, subject to standard payment gateway processing times.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Everything you share is used only to prepare your document, and we apply reasonable and appropriate confidentiality measures to protect it.
